VS error opening database

Just loaded VS 3.2 and now when try to open the database I get 

"you try to open the database with version 2.50 while VS uses version 2.6. 

If you will continue the given database will be automatically converted to
version 2.6

Do you what to continue to open database?

I click OK

And then I get

Vstudio.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

 

 

Any ideas, before I was running 3.0 and had not problem opening database?
