v4rev standalone database problem

Well, for compiled app on MAC OS X it needs todo one more step:
        
    INSTALL VComponents folder inside of APP.

Like are used to do also all V4RB developers.

This should be described in
    WIKI / docs / V4REV / Manual / Deployment

Must present script which do this job.
