I not remember exactly for 1.x  but usually ObjectPtr field looks

    MakeNewField( boRef_trigger, "us_Ptr","ObjectPtr", "foo", CASCADE )

I.e. Must be more parameters.

And you can try open your d bin Valentina Studio.
If I am right, you will see that ObjectPtr do not point to any table.
And it have yellow warning icon.
