In short story is:

* Valentina Init set strings to UTF16 and ICU
* InitClient intermally use Latin-1

* connect always use Latin-1 now

    so if Valentina Init was then server get strings
    in wrong encoding.

We need correct this logic, i.e. Correct encoding on connect to vserver.

I hope this is not hard.
