What value present really in RECORD?

It is as this INSIDE of db ?

          '\\.PSF\Shared\DSCN3586.MOV'


Then you need ESCAPE \  using Valentina.EscapeString()

And most probably it will look after this as


select ** 
FROM tbl_lu_media 
WHERE lu_media_path = '\\\\.PSF\\Shared\\DSCN3586.MOV'
