Ruslan,

Can you double check whether the VNET.DLL has been compiled to run under
certain CPU (I suppose Intel).  I use AMD CPU machine, and the following
warning is raised:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.Common.targets :
warning MSB3187: Referenced assembly '..\..\..\..\..\..\..\Program
Files\Paradigma Software\VNET_3_FRMW20\VNET.dll' targets a different
processor than the application.
