Hello,

after discussing how to do remote service for this small customer I'm  
staying at the moment, I become a dream ;-)

It seems it's not possible to get a fixed IP-Address for the used DSL  
and other some (may) other solutions are not possible, to due the  
lack of technical "understanding". It's not necessary to do remote  
service very often or for "big things" more to check what really  
happens or to do some small corrections or updates.

So the easiest way would be, if it could be possible to use a iChat- 
Connection to connect to the server - any idea if and how this will  
work?
