UTF8 and Valentina studio

1. yes , multi-byte encoding
2. yes , if i store in "utf-16" size of "myVDB" is over 1.3 GB
    but if i store in "windows-1256" size of "myVDB" will be 800 MB
3. yes , i send 100 record of 193,000 record
    you can search "www" or "pict" in "news_body" field

***my file is 200kb . and i can't send file over 40kb
