Data Browser not work in Studio 2.4.3

I just opened my database with VStudio 2.4.3 and had no problem at all.  I'm using a Powerbook G4.  

Is is possible that you are accidently double-clicking on the icon?  When I do this, the data browser window appears under the main window.  I have a number of clients that always double-click everything including hyperlinks, regardless of how many times I instruct them not to.
