No, this is not easy task.
No way for 2.5.

Although wait...

YOU CAN do next right now:

    MyAppFolder
        MyApp.exe
        VComponents
        Xtras    


But to make this to work, you need after install on client computer add also
PATH in sys environments to folder

        .../MyAppFolder/VComponents

So Windows will be able find dlls
