where is VAPP?

I am using V4WS for classic MacOS and need a tool to
open and inspect dbs to help with debugging.
Previously I used VAPP and was not aware of VStudio.
For simple viewing for debugging is VAPP enough or do
you recommend VStudio?

By the way, can the carbon VAPP open classic V4WS dbs?
