Guys,

When Director will become UB,
    and we will start use V4MD UB (MACHO),

You will get the same ability to use true Package-Apps like do this all
Coca, RB, Revolution developers.

Just there is no sense for us to spend huge efforts if in nearest months
Adobe will ship (I believe into this) new version of Director.


I again advice you take a look on utility which create from
    PEF app + MANY files a SINGLE .app file.
