IF you use RB PEF, then you must use V4RB PEF.

Not exactly.
You MUST run that script: INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB

And MAY BE you can call our script INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB

Strange question. How you image app will work without VComponents ?
