ViSQL and RB 2006r4

I did go back to RB 5.5.5. But it didn't work. But RB 5.5.5 showed me the
error that TreeView was a duplicate name. So I found that I had the
Einhugur plugins as always inside my plugins folder. There is a plugin
called TreeView which makes the problems. :-)
So after compiling with only V4RB in the plugins folder it works without a
problem. :-)
