it opens just fine and does not return an error 

this is the code - no error on second open
  openDatabase(pDB, dbpath, 4)
   err = ValentinaError()
  openDatabase(pDB, dbpath, 4)
   err = ValentinaError()

For windows no problems.

If user1 open db, 
    then second will not be able open it and get error "file is busy".
