Hi Ruslan,

If it helps, we're thinking of moving our application to requiring 10.4.x
for Mac OS X.  So, losing 10.3.9 wouldn't be a problem for us.  We'd rather
not drop support for 10.3.9, but too many other things we need require us to
use 10.4, so if V4RB required 10.4, this would be fine for us.
