share a database

Hi,
I have some basic questions.
1 - If you want to use valentina in client-serveur mode, you have to install
"Valentina Office Server" in the computer where you put the database. Is
that true ?

2 - If you put your database in a shared drive, can several user use it at
the same time (in read / write mode) without trouble ? Something like 20
users at the same time.
