Error 310 when connecting to the V1 server

The V1 server has the embedded license file and if I remove the license file it will not even start. No matter what parameters I remove from the query I get the same Error 310 back. I used 'localhost', the ip of the computer but no success. Also it does not matter if the V1 server is running or not I still get the same error. I am using the same dll file I use to connect to the local database. Is there a specific dll to connect to the server? I am out of ideas.

Do you run server with Embedded License file?

If no, then you can temporary remove last parameter and few others to see
what parameter affect

Try "localhost" instead of 127.0.0.1
