[V4MD] convert_1_2 - all text is <Null>

Hi Ivan/Ruslan

I'm not sure where we are upto on this issue.
Just to recap:
The .vdb file you have is part of my original V1 350MB database which I
would like to conver to V2.

I tried the following:
	opened it and added data into a few fields including the text
fields.
	converted it to V2
	the text fields in the new V2 DB are all <Null>

I also tried it with a new V1 DB and I get the same results.

Ivan, no need for this 2 steps!!!

Simple open vdb file, this give empty db with empty tables.
