Not sure if this is ValPHP, ValServer or a webs server problem.

  echo "Enter foo...";
?>Some HTML inside foo...<?

  </BODY></HTML>

Should return when the webpage is accessed ./test.html i.e. not a PHP
script

Enter foo...Some HTML inside foo...Leave foo

But I get 

Some HTML inside foo

Only, any ideas.
