Really, VCOM.rc file is wrong and show 2.4.  -- minor issue.

File itself vcom.dll and archive are from 9 Dec.


NOTE:

    you must produce NEW XML dump using this build !!!!

    old XML dump do not have enough info to correctly resolve
    this issue withi ObjectPtr link names.
