Dump-Load dump and binary links

Hmm I see #2018 now has been set to Resolved, and Ivan has added a note
there but I can't see that note and don't know what the fix is? But I see
now that a release version of 2.5 COM has been uploaded on the 3rd,
allthough no announcement. So I assume the fix is in it, I will test.
