setImage in Adobe Director, alpha chanel

I want to store an image with chanel alpha in an base valentina 2.4.1  
but valentina work only in kJPG :

fldPict.setImage (valeurAttribut, #another type than kJPG) don't work...
the type is always #kJPG in the fact :-(

????????
