[V4RB] Macho VComponents folder is 22mb???

Hi Ruslan,

Will V4RB 2.4.2 be available as a Universal Binary, or will we have to wait
until 2.5?

To start the discussions, here is what I would like to see!

In the very near future:

* V4RB 2.4.2 available as a Universal Binary, for Mac OS 10.3 or later,
using Valentina's ICU (I don't need this, but other people will)

...and at the same time...

* V4RB 2.4.2 available as a Universal Binary, for Mac OS 10.4 or later,
using Mac OS X's built-in ICU (I will use this version)

...in the longer term:

* V4RB 2.5 available as a Universal Binary, for 10.4 or later, using Mac OS
X's built-in ICU

I am hoping to build a Universal Binary version of my application as soon as
RB 2006r4 is stable and released.  I would love to be able to use a
10.4-only version of V4RB 2.4.2 when I do, rather than having to use a very
large 10.3 version of V4RB 2.4.2, when I don't need the 10.3 support.
