Universal C SDK

Is there a universal version of the Valentina C SDK? Either the 1.x 
version (preferred) or the 2.x versions. Specifically I am looking 
for a universal version of libVCSDK_Macho.dylib.

What are the OS X requirements to run the universal versions of the 
Valentina SDK?
