V4RB2: Doku for DebugLevel

Hello,

I have following Code in my RB-Projekt

     Valentina.DebugLevel = EVDebugLevel.kLogParams
     Valentina.FlushEachLog = true
     Valentina.ThrowExceptions = false

but when I use this now with 2.4.1 application crashes?
Is there any change? where can I find documentation of the usage and  
the parameter?
