Bug 1717 fixed.

FIXED bug introduced in 2.3 in the FileIterator_Cached::Lock().

During optimization was lost paramter inForRead. So Each page was locked as
for Write. 

Wow. 

This could slow down a lots !!!!
Because each index page access did mark it as dirty, and therefore did
require WRITE it on disk, even if it was not changed.

So 2.4.1 expected to be faster.

I think Jon (jda) have to see this slow down by eye.
