Well, 

Really one installer script step was broken.
So into archive have go OLD file "dbvalentina2"

I simply have trash it, and rename
        dbvalentina2.bundle   => dbvalentina2


Corrected archive of V4REV 2.4 is on site already.

I have check it - installation done ok, example works.
