Strange, yes I know this issue in 2.3.
And yes OS X 10.2 now is able do warning.

I have install vserver 2.4 to my OS X, and was no this warning.

I have this permissions on my computer after installation:

ruslans-power-mac-g5:/Library/StartupItems/VServer_Office rz$ ls -l
total 16

-rwxr-xr-x   1 root  wheel  770 Jul 28  2005 StartupParameters.plist
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root  wheel  352 Jul 27  2005 VServer_Office


I will double check of course...

Our installer script have command:

sudo chmod 755 /PARADIGMA/Developer_2/VServer/xcode/VServer_Office\
packages/Files/VServer_Office_Start/Library/StartupItems/VServer_Office/*

So, right, 755...
