I am glad to introduce new beta build of V4CC.

Sergey have polish some issues in framework itself.

For example, now enum types are collected in single header,
And methods that get enum parameters get not int but enum.

This build contains new folder Example with about 9-10 new examples like we
have for all our ADKs.

    Folder Examples/Common  - almost all done
    Folder Examples/Sql/Bind  - has one example on SQL binding.

Which demonstrate alos how to do COCOA biding of Vcursor to TableView.

I can assume that some things can be done in more Cocoa-natural way.
