[V4MD] LIKE search

Hi

Using V1 in Director:

Is there any reson why:
	"WHERE (content_xml LIKE 'physicians\Z' no_case)"
Returns no results but:

	"WHERE (content_xml LIKE 'physicians' no_case)"
Returns many results of the word 'physicians'.

The content_xml field is a text field and is indexed by word.
