Yes, it would incredibly nice to have, perhaps as an alternate flag to
kPreferIndexed, say kIndexOnFind

That makes it very easy to simply disable indexing on some fields, add a ton
of records, and not have to worry about which indexes you need to turn on
again.  I'll add a feature request... eventually.
