No class with this name

Hi Guys,
 
I am getting an error "No class with this name" for the declaration
"valdb as VRBDataBase"
 
It happened when I installed 2.1b1 WIN but I have reinstalled 2.05 final
win and still get the same error.
 
Has the name of VRBDatabase changed?
