Daisy-Chaining V4RB Database Opening

SITUATION: I have two V4RB database that need to be opened inside of  
an RB project.

BACKGROUND: The two databases do not interact. But both are necessary  
for the application. One is specific to the application. The other is  
general to all of my planned RB applications.

Is there a way to have the general database open up the specific  
database? If so, what would the syntax look like?
