[V4MD2] Publish Windows Projector

[Heinrich Ruoff]

Finally found the reason for my problem!

Once the Impressario Xtra Runtime folder (including some dlls) is present 
in the Xtra folder, I get the Runtime Error when I call new (Xtra("Valentina")).
Impressario PDFL50.dll seems to be causing the problem.
