[V4MD2] Publish Windows Projector

[Heinrich Ruoff]

I tried on 2 XP machines.
After installing V4MD_2_win.exe the
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error!"
is gone.
btw. - is there chance to uninstall V4MD_2_win.exe?
