FIXED: localhost problem on MAC

Problem was that if computer is not connected to inet,
Then DNS resolver not works, and Hmm strange Mac OS do not understand then
localhost. Windows in contrast still works fine.


So I have catch this case and localhost is mapped
to numeric 127.0.0.1 IP address.
