V4RB, V4MD, VServer_Office for mac 2.0..3fc6 uploaded

Hi All,

€ This build is made in the hope that for Robert and Peter will start to
work client part.

€ Also updated are ExampleGuide.pdf files for V4RB and V4MD.
Now it have Introduction page. And list all examples added in last time.

€ Robert, this time I have upload Vserver Office fc6.

€ Jon (jda), check your problem with Update by empty string.
