older VServer and VXCMD downloads?

This link gives the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /download/v1/ on this server.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.paradigmasoft.com Port 80



It would be nice to access the v1 folder to see all files that are
available.
