Director Recordset Paging?

I'm looking into Valentina as a first-time database solution for Director. I'm very familiar with
SQL and comfortable with Lingo, but I'm unsure how to do a "Repeat Region" (similar to the way
Dreamweaver handles recordset paging) within Director. I've just never used a database within
Director, and I could really benefit from a tutorial or sample code.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to start? Does paradigmasoft have some sort of
tutorial on to do this?
