YES!

In 2.0 exists new functions for this.

Function is named as:   link_sum()


BUT, I am not sure that it will work on M:M link.
It seems we have made it working on for 1:M

If you want discuss this, and you can prove that for M:M this also must work
then we improve things...

Also keep in mind, it will recalculate value each time it is asked.
We have not build any notification system...looks too complex and
unreasonable complex.
