crash when windows.app launch

1) install V4RB WIN archive on windows

2) find Program Files/Paradigma Software/VComponents_win_cw

3) you need copy all items of this folder into your AppFolder.


* May be try to build exe on windows using RB WIN
* also make sure that examples of V4RB WIN do works
