RB WIN database causes RB to crash

You mean that you have create at first db with other name?
Later rename it in the Finder ?

Not sure that REALbasic allow this operation.
It store in the project name of database as I have see.
 
Or you do this in the fresh project ?
Again can you give us steps to reproduce problem?
