[V4MD 2] Anything different between Windows and Mac?

Just moved Director application and Valentina database from Windows machine
where it was (developed and working correctly) to a Mac OSX machine.
Queries that use any criteria on the Mac machine found no records, now if I
do NOT use a WHERE clause in the query I found all the records.  Is there
anything I should know that needs to be different on the Mac from the
Windows version?
