[SQL] Reindex database versus Reindex each table

Hello all,

I'm using V4RB 1.11 with Relabasic.

Is there a difference between the SQL command "REINDEX DATABASE" and the
command "REINDEX TABLE tablename" done on each table of the database ?
If it's the same, I tend to prefer doing this on each table to give the user
a visual return of the progress

And doing this, must I also perform the reindex on the baseobjects
"sysItemDescription" and "sysItem"
