[V4Rb 2] VServer.RegisterDatabase problem

I'm having a problem with VServer.RegisterDatabase. When I call it, the 
app hangs.  It doesn't appear to be using an CPU, but I have to kill 
the process.  I'm able to reproduce this with the example project 
'Valentina Server Utility', using the latest release and fc versions of 
Valentina.  Is anyone seeing this?
