Version 2 of V4MD

Hi Ruslan, 

I have had a lot of problems that stopped my work. Now I return and see that
there's a new version of Valentina for Director.

1.	I bought Valentina for Director, version 1 for mac and win and I
have a serial number also for Studio (I'm very interest to Valentina
Studio). But now don't work. How do I can have serial for version 2. Do I
need to pay an upgrade?
2.	I have and old DB made in version 1. How do I can convert it in
version 2?
