error 9?

Can someone tell me what error 9 is?  I have a
customer running my application on a Mac OS 9 client
with VServer a65 on an OS X Server.  They've reported
getting this error from time to time, and I'm trying
to track down what's causing it.  I looked at
AppleErrorCodes.com, but I'm not really sure the error
code there is actually the error that's being
generated, and if it is, I really need someone to
explain to me in plain English what it means if
possible.

We're using VXCMD_Client with Revolution.
