UpdateRecords Not Updating

[Chuck Pelto]

P.S. Just talked with my associate who runs things form the Windows 
side. He reports that the UpdateRecord() call works fine on his Windows 
machine, using the files I passed him from my Mac.

Have we discovered a 'bug'?
