IF you need specify Locks parameter, then you need specify before cursorSide
parameter. Right?

Just note: 
    IF to work with Vserver then only Server/Side cursor can be ReadWrite.
    this is why I write kServerSide.

For Local db this is not so important..but still better to use correct
params.
